Please confirm the role of user first and follow the steps below:
1.Authorized administrator
Please bring your company's certificate or document issued by the competent authority, the original seal of the deposit account and the person in charge to any Yuanta business unit to reset the login password.
2.Common User
Please contact the authorized administrator of your company after logging in to "Yuanta Prestige Corporate Banking",Click the Settings > Administration > User Management, then click the Password button in the user field in the list, and enter the new password to reset.
